During the processing phase, leaves from the first flush are dried and used to make products like CTC teas and black teas. This method produces a more consistent quality of tea than other processes such as withering and oxidation.

The key to a great CTC tea is that it’s made using a filtered water process. In this method, the clay and compost are added to high-quality sources of mineral-rich water and allowed to dry naturally in cakes. This process concentrates the minerals and gives us greater control over our extraction process.
